UFCH Wraps Up Henan Flood Relief Efforts

UFCH was proud to help the areas in Henan that were affected by the heavy flooding in July.

To support the cause, 276 United Family Healthcare employees donated for a total of RMB 124,000. Every bit of the money raised went directly to help UFCH’s partner organizations in Henan.

UFCH’s partners are welfare homes and medical foster homes that aid children and adults with severe medical conditions. Our ongoing donations to them provided support during the past difficult months.

UFCH support activities included:

On July 22, we sent a UFCH team on our Mobile Clinic Bus loaded with supplies for our affected partners in and around the Zhengzhou area. During the three-day trip, the team visited the local orphanages and foster homes to help them settle into temporary housing and provide them with needed supplies.

Since that time, due to COVID restrictions, we have not been allowed to go back to Henan but we have continued to support the affected areas with needed supplies.
