How much do you know about donation receipt?
Dear donors,
thank you for your support of the UFCH charitable program. We would like to remind all targeted donors in 2021 to fill in the information and apply for a uniform donation receipt before December 17 if you have not issued the receipt.
Background
《Ministry of Finance – General Administration of Taxation Announcement of Individual Income Tax Policy on Donations for Public Welfare and Charity》（Ministry of Finance General Administration of Taxation No. 99 of 2019,
Individuals through public welfare social organizations in the People’s Republic of China, people’s governments and their departments above the county level and other state organs, to education, poverty alleviation, relief and other public welfare charities donations.（Public welfare donations）
If there is a public welfare donation expenditure, it can be deducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Individual Income Tax Law when calculating taxable income.
According to the “Beijing 2020-2022 (the second batch) eligible for pre-tax deduction of public welfare donations of public welfare social organizations list”, UFCH has been qualified for pre-tax deduction of public welfare donations in 2020-2022.
If you need to request a ticket, please read the following carefully
- The donor is required to obtain the donation receipt within the year of donation
- The financial staff will issue the invoice application according to the facts after receiving it. If there is any problem, they will contact you according to the contact information you provided. After the application is verified, the electronic version of the donation will be sent to you via email within 7 working days. *If you are making a donation in December, please apply and get a receipt in time.
- Please note that donation tickets cannot be replaced, so please be sure to fill in the correct invoicing information.
- If you do not receive the electronic Fapiao after 7 working days, please contact the finance staff of the foundation at 59277493 during working hours.
